Delivery Time

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are displeased with your purchase of any non-custom merchandise, simply call for authorization to return the merchandise within thirty (30) days of purchase. We will gladly exchange the item or refund/credit your payment less shipping and handling charges: certain merchandise is subject to a 20% restocking fee. No returns will be accepted on audiotapes, videotapes, DVDs, computer software or communion veils unless they are defective, in which case we will gladly exchange them for the same item within thirty days of purchase. All returns require prior authorization. No credit or refund will be given on merchandise returned after thirty (30) days or received by us in unsaleable condition.
